Our congress meets the criteria for “associate professorship"

SUIC congress gives the opportunity to make presentations for undergraduates with Tübitak 2209A and 2209B student projects and thesis.


PAPER SUBMISSION RULES

*Each participant can submit a maximum of 2 oral presentations, 2 poster presentations, or 1 oral presentation and 1 poster presentation as the "presenting author."

*Abstracts must be written in English.

*The content of the paper is the responsibility of the authors.

*Upon receiving your abstract, you can follow your abstract notification status in your profile. Please select the congress topic to which your abstract belongs during submission.

*Abstracts will first be evaluated for compliance with spelling and formatting rules. Papers that do not adhere to these guidelines will not be included in the evaluation process and will be returned to the author for revisions. Papers accepted after preliminary evaluation will be reviewed by a scientific committee. Abstracts that are rejected or require revision will be communicated to the author.

*Authors of abstracts accepted by the scientific committee will receive an acceptance letter via email.

*The scientific committee reserves the right to change the presentation method (oral/poster) if necessary, based on the congress program and paper content.

*To validate an accepted abstract, the presenting author must complete the registration process by paying the congress registration fee.


*Abstracts will be published in the abstract book with ISBN number after the congress. 





ABSTRACT PREPARATION RULES

*The abstract text should include introduction, materials and methods, results and discussion, and should not exceed one Word page and 250 words.

*In the abstract, the "Presenting author" should be underlined, and the author's email address should be provided.

*Use the main headings specified in the abstract template when preparing the abstract.

*Include 4-6 keywords separated by commas.

*An acknowledgement title is optional. References should be formatted according to the template guidelines.

*Download the abstract template via the provided link and use it to prepare your abstract in Word format (doc or docx). Save the Word file with the name in the format Name_Surname (e.g., Senay_Sanlier).

POSTER PREPARATION RULES

*Posters should be prepared as single-page documents in English, with dimensions of 70 cm (width) x 100 cm (height).

*Include the title, presenting author, and names and addresses of all authors at the top of the poster. Underline the presenting author's name.

*Include the logo of the presenting author's institution (top right) and the congress logo (top left). (Download the congress logo by clicking the link.) 

 

 

*Ensure that the font size is large enough to be legible from a distance of 1.5 meters.

*Details regarding poster presentation dates and times will be provided on the congress webpage.

*Further information about online poster presentations will be announced upon completion of the program.


ORAL PRESENTATIONS

*Oral presentations must be prepared in PowerPoint and delivered in English.

*Oral presentations are allotted a time slot of 10-15 minutes.

*Oral presentation files must be submitted to the organization team at least 2 hours before the scheduled presentation time.

*Details concerning online oral presentations will be announced upon program completion.


MANUSCRIPT

*If requested, the paper presented at the congress can be uploaded to the journals mentioned below in article format after the congress and the work can be published after the referee evaluation process.
