Uzman Dilek Aşan
With my passion for sustainability, I have supported Turkey's leading companies in making their operations more efficient, safe, and sustainable over the past 17 years by providing Corporate Governance and Sustainability Consultancy services.

My experience working with large and complex organizations, especially firms like "CNR Holding", has guided me in developing applicable strategies across various sectors and business models. In 2012, with the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Law, my sister and I established the "Taksim Joint Health Safety Unit". This unit operated for eight years as an occupational health and safety unit authorized by the Ministry of Family, Labor, and Social Services. Additionally, we are experienced in ISO certification; my team and I have consulted numerous companies in this field. I have a profound passion for Corporate Sustainability and Sustainability Management. I foresee that by 2023, all brands should embark on their Corporate Sustainability Journey in some way. Therefore, I wrote a book titled"Kurumsal Sürdürülebilirlik ve Ecovadis Süreci". I believe this book will assist my colleagues in the industry and potential Sustainability Managers. My training and consultancy services focus on helping companies specialize in sustainability, supply chain management, social compliance, ISO certification, and quality management systems.
